15. What is the minimum and maximum age to join the academy?
The minimum age is 4 and the Maximum age has no limit.
16. Do you accept both boys and girls?
Yes, we do accept both boys and girls. We have mixed batches and will have separate batches in the near future.
17. Do you offer a trial session before enrolling?

19. How many sessions per week are conducted?
In Kalyan, Maharashtra – 5 Days, Wednesday to Sunday (the schedule & Location for Sunday are sent by Friday)
In Mundgod, Karnataka- 4 Days, Tuesday to Friday
20. What happens if my child misses a session?
No make up sessions for missed session due to personal reasons or examinations.
Make up sessions are considered only after producing a Medical Certificate.
21. Do you adjust timings during exams or holidays?
No, there may be adjustments in the trainings.

23. Are there changing room and washroom facilities?
Yes, we do have these facilities
24. Is drinking water provided at the ground?
No, water bottles have to be carried by the players.
25. Who will be coaching the kids? Are they certified?
Yes, all the coaching is experienced & certified.
26. How many children are there in each batch?
We have a specified coach is to player ratio and that depends on the age category- 1:14 (+1 Assistant) for smaller age category, 1:21 (+ 1 Assistant or Specialist) for bigger age category.
27. Do you group players by age or skill level?
Both, players are grouped by age and by skill level too.
28. What safety and medical measures are in place?
All the ESA staff are First- Aid Certified and can give basic First- Aid. We have a First Aid Kit, On Call Ambulance, On call Doctors. Emergency Room, Stretcher, etc.
29. Is first aid available during training?
Yes
30. Do you provide transport facilities for players?
No, player will have to come on their own.
31. What should my child wear and bring for training?
For training- Complete ESA Uniform, studs, Shin Guard, Sports, Shoe, Water Bottle, Electrolytes.
For post training- sports shoe/ Flip Flops, extra T- Shirt, track top and paints during winters.
32. Is the kit/uniform included in the fees?
No, the kit/uniform is provided by paying a one-time fee.

No certificate, but verbal recognition and appreciations are given after every session.
