At Elite Sporting Academy (ESA), football is more than a sport—it is a platform to inspire, educate and transform lives. Through the United Forever Initiative, we take the values learned on the football field into society by creating opportunities for children, supporting communities and encouraging every player to become a responsible citizen.
Empowering Children Through Football
ESA partnered with Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation schools to introduce football to children who had never experienced the sport. By creating an encouraging and inclusive environment, we gave young players the confidence to learn, compete and dream bigger.
- Introduced football to underserved school children.
- Trained 60 children (40 boys and 20 girls).
- Prepared participants for the DSO and Subroto Mukherjee Cup.
- Provided every child with uniforms, football studs and shinguards.
- Promoted teamwork, discipline and self-belief through regular coaching.
Extending a Hand of Care
Our responsibility extends far beyond the football field. ESA actively supports children and communities through acts of compassion that reinforce our belief that sport should always be connected with humanity.
- Provided ration and daily essentials to an orphanage in Vashind.
- Shared meals and quality time with children at St. Joseph's Boys Home, Calangute, Goa.
- Encouraged academy players to participate in community service activities.
- Created memorable experiences that strengthened relationships beyond football.

The United Forever Initiative is rooted in ESA's philosophy that football can change lives.
