At Elite Sporting Academy (ESA), we believe football development goes far beyond routine training sessions. Over the years, ESA has consistently created opportunities that combine learning, competition, exposure, and community engagement — helping young footballers grow both on and off the field.

Over the years, ESA has organized and participated in impactful programs that gave players professional exposure, meaningful match experience, and community-driven football development opportunities.
ESA hosted Mr. Jeevan Moras, Ex-India International Footballer, for a special coaching session at our center. This gave players direct exposure to professional-level training, football insights, and inspiration from an Indian international footballer.
During the pandemic, ESA ensured football learning never stopped. We organized 51 creative activities and fitness sessions online to keep young footballers active, engaged, and mentally strong.
ESA also hosted an online interactive session with Mr. Jeevan Moras, helping players stay connected to the game and continue learning from experienced professionals.
ESA organized friendly football matches for Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) Schools in the presence of KDMC Commissioner Shri Vijay Suryavanshi, encouraging school-level participation and strengthening grassroots football.
Conducted in association with the Maharashtra Police, this initiative promoted football among children and families within the community, turning public spaces into active football engagement zones.
ESA organized a 10-day football exposure program combining competitive matches, structured training, and player development. The program gave players valuable match experience and a platform to improve in a focused learning environment.
ESA’s football exposure camp in Goa gave young players the opportunity to train, compete, and learn in a fresh football environment, blending structured coaching with friendly matches and exposure-based development.
As part of ESA’s broader exposure vision, the upcoming Elite Football Fiesta – Shillong is designed to introduce players to the rich football culture of North-East India through training, match exposure, and cultural football experiences.
ESA proudly celebrates AIFF Grassroots Day to promote early football participation among young children and strengthen grassroots football development.
We also celebrate AFC Women’s Football Day as part of our commitment to encouraging girls in football and building inclusive pathways for women’s participation in the game.
